 1. Reservation available time
Class reservations start 

at 5:00pm the day before the class.

 (5:00pm the day before the class to

4:00pm on the day of the class)

Only on-site registration is 

possible after that. 

Applications outside of the application 

time/date will be automatically Deleted. 

 Ex) Wed classes can be booked starting

at 5pm on Tuesday. 

 2. Sending a Booikng text message or E-maill 

When you make a Booking, 

an email will be sent to the academy. 

It will not be sent to the person who applied. 

(Don't wait for the email) 

 After the academy confirms, 

we will send you a text message or email. 

 (Please do not apply multiple times!!!) 

 If you have made a Booking Successfully, 

you can take the class if you come before the class time

(even if you have not been contacted.) 

 3. No-show

If you do not show up without 

any contact after making a Booking,

you can only

make a Booking by bank transfer

or 

registering on-site.

Come to the 4th floor 

information desk on the day of class

We will confirm your class Booking,make payment, 

and guide you to the classroom. 

If you do not confirm on the 4th floor, 

you will be the last to enter.
